You may sign up for all extra classes online.  You can buy a block of 10 classes for $50 and schedule them, in any way that is convenient for you.  Just click schedule it to make a reservation for any class.

MONDAY 3,2,1 FIT Designed to increase strength and stamina.  This class will fatigue all of your major muscle groups, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and give you that big burn feel.  3 minutes of resistance integrated cardio, 2 minutes legs, back and butt and one minute of chest shoulders and arms.  REPEAT *Lebert, Mat  & Weights

TUESDAY INTEREVALS- Build fitness with short high intensity intervals.  Train both aerobically and non-aerobically without overtraining.  Increase yours speed, aerobic capacity, and overall fitness.  This workout will take every participant to the next level and can be modified to accommodate all levels * all you need is a mat and water

WEDNESDAY MUSCLE CONFUSION-  If you want dramatic results in your body composition, this class is for you.  This no impact class will tighten, tone and strengthen your entire body.  By changing up the sets, reps, speed of movement and exercises, we will avoid the plateau effect.  Simple moves/powerful results.  *Lebert , Mat & Weights

THURSDAY 6amConditioning This workout will be presented in various formats but every class will incorporate cardio endurance, large muscle training and core work. *Mat

FRIDAY RUN CLUB/INTERVAL TRAINING- This simple format is sure to burn a ton of calories and improve your overall fitness. Run or walk for 4 minutes and do 3 minutes of all body strength training.  Typically 6 intervals and finish with core work.  This class is offered on Friday mornings from 6:00am-7:00am.      * Weights Required

SATURDAY BOOTCAMP- This no limits workout will change your body and your attitude. It is all about getting better. * Weights Required  You must be enrolled in the workshop to come to this class.
